Early on? I have 100 hours on this save, M or T(probably a keybind difference) as it shows for me does nothing. Same with spamming escape. This seems to happen as long as you're playing solo which I do because the AI is a bit OP in my opinion and I hate hearing how I should "drink water" every time I let my stamina drop. I get this message every 30 minutes or so and have to Alt+F4 to get it to go away and relaunch the game.
I don't experience that at all, I play with no near no hud though. Try turning off those alert markers in the hud. The one that says "Fall back"
I have those disabled. I like milsim games so even when I play more relaxed games like these it's always with minimal hud possible.
This is the popup message I'm talking about.
I want to buy this game, but I don't want to see any ads when I pay (even with 80% discount)
It seems the trick is to run Ubisoft Connect and/or Steam (if bought and launched via Steam) as Administrator; doing this allowed me to close the popup properly and, so far, I haven't seen it again since. I own and play the game via Ubisoft Connect so I can't test if running Steam as admin would be entirely necessary for Steam copies, but if you're not running the full Ubi app at the same time, then it will be necessary for you regardless.
Some weird additional popups happened right after closing the first, but they just took taps of Space and one F (for a weird list of numbers) to clear away. Also, to be clear, I'm still waiting for the Teamwork popup specifically to show up again; the strategy I proposed above worked for a second popup (about Conquest or something) that's been bugging me, but, after many attempts to trigger it, I haven't seen the first one since closing the second.
Under Settings > INTERFACE you can disable every pop-up, hint, and warning to achieve a completely "clean" screen.
You can do this on an existing save as well as a completely new run.
Ive only played about 7 or 8 hours but never had a single popup in that time. I also play on immersive mode, not sure if that matters.
OH, those tutorial popups....
just hold T and watch them, or scroll through them... takes like 10 seconds
