Are there cheats?

When playing a sandbox game, sometimes I just like to mess around and go wild. Cheats help with this, so I was wondering if there are cheats for this game, and if so, does anyone know what they are?

Yes, I know that someone could develop a mod in the Workshop to do this, but that assumes someone knows how to do it (I certainly don't) and keeps it updated so it doesn't break the game whenever the developer updates the game itself.

Thanks!! But we have a problem, I only see F1, F2, etc but nothing happens when click and I cannot know what codes do because there no info about, I tried to write and press ok but nothing happens too.

Try F31. It works.
And check engine.ini "debugwindow = 1"

Did the message appear in the right panel?

I dont have any message in the right panel(like in COAS) and in the black panel with the commands too. In the blackpanel only appears the commands but no info

Wow it works, thanks, It is in Russian but nothing that a translator wouldn't help with, by the way is there a beta test mode like in COAS, to be able to see all the objects and ships with the sellers and shipyards?

You basically have to replace the two questbook files with copies of the two debugger files, do whatever you do in there, and then use backups of those files to put it back to normal so you have your quest window again. Unfortunately the F31 option in the debug window is all you get in terms of useful cheats and it kind of just ruins the game. Without fine tune control cheats are sort of useless in most cases. But it is a thing that works if that's what you want.
