Altogether you spend
17k on the ship
5k on weapons
couple thousand on rum and food
couple thousand to get enough gunpowder cannonballs and whatnots
Personally, I didnt have enough moeny so I had to start robbing chests of random houses in the town
I've heard that the original release of this game had stupid quest structure that makes you fail and softlock constantly during quests. I thought "How bad can it be in an improved re-release?" Turns out, it is easy to softlock yourself in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tutorial.
Definitely not risking to waste my time on the story going forward. Just going to enjoy the Sandbox mode.
