Killed thanatos left hand with spikes and died in the process but achievement doesn't unlock?

Mightve been another damage instance killing the boss before spikes. Try a simpler enemy is my best suggestion. Wasnt too difficult to setup.

I just got the achievement and this is exactly what happened, the arms attacked, killing me, then it died to the spikes and I died and had to restart

Only got Thanatos Zero left
