[BUG] Game freezes every time I start a new run
This actually first happened during a run, I had just beaten the first area boss (if I remember right) and right after being done with him the game froze at the screen transition. I re-opened my game to try and continue the run but the screen would always freeze in the same way after hitting the continue button.

I eventually gave up and abandoned the run to start a new one, but now every run, on any combination of decks/minion loadout give me the same issue, freezing at the transition right after clicking "Start Journey".

I looked at every post to see if someone had posted a similar issue but didn't see any... Reinstalling the game didn't help, neither checking file integrity in the game properties. Also, this first happened right after I unlocked the 2nd deck, not sure if it's somehow related.

PS.: I also reported the bug as suggested (SUP-22549) but since it's such a game breaking one I figured I'd also post it here in case of others having the same problem

I'm getting back to this because I'd love to have any words on it. The bug is still happening and neither the latest patch or any suggestions on the forums worked, apart from erasing my save files (which I'd really not like to given the 30+ hours invested into it...)
The support ticket answers are slow (understandably so, but still) and haven't been able to help me so far.
I get it that it's hurricane season for the devs right now but it's really frustrating seeing them messaging in the forums asking people to write reviews while I'm left in silence, completely unable to play the game.

Hey Nova,

Sorry for leaving you hanging on this one and thank you for your patience. It's genuinely appreciated.

By the sounds of things, you have a corruption issue in your save file. What we'll do is, figure out how much you progressed in your game, and we'll make a save file that closely reflects it and you'll replace your current files with that.

Might also need you to adjust a registry input but we'll start with the save files and preference logs.

I flagged the ticket ID with the Raw Fury support desk so they'll refresh the ticket and get some details about your current progress and we can move from there.

After the progression changes on the last patch I figured I'd make a backup of my old files and restart fresh, and as it turned out it was indeed much better. I'm pretty much back to where the old save was now.
Thanks for the offer on helping me recover my progress, I updated the support ticket stating that it won't be necessary anymore
