But yea, I agree in spirit: crouch is bae. Jumping in Insurgency is for the trolls.
Shift = Walk (manual)
CTRL = Sprint/focus (manual)
C = Crouch (manual)
Spacebar = Jump
Z & X = Leaning
I just dislike using toggle in all FPS games for some reason, oh well.
I use Spacebar for crouch and C for jump. Since you only jump over obstacles in this game, it makes sense to move it off of spacebar so something more commonly used can be placed there.

i have many things on my mouse. as said what works best for you is what's best.
Mouse button 4 is for prone and Mouse button 5 is for talk.
Space is jump as default.
C is the communication wheel and mark enemies.
Am I the only one who wonders, that M should be the default button for Map and N for the gear-menu? They are switched by default, so you have map on n and gear-menu on M. I changed them accordingly.
