Yep. Also it won't help telling you what we use because you probably got different mouse, cpi and monitor resolution.
what mouse speed you *should* use is pretty hard to pinpoint. you should ask yourself why you want to change your current setting. are you having trouble hitting your shots? if yes, then lower the speed. do you often find yourself in situations where enemies appear next to or behind you and you have trouble turning into their direction in time? if yes, then increase the speed. i generally set my mouse speed as low as possible while still being able to turn 180° instantly and without having to lift up and reposition the mouse.
