Usually you do all that within the console. Idk though. If you want to just play with your friends against bots, find an empty COOP server dude.
Thank you for your offer, but what do you mean by "give me a server" (Sorry I am new to this kind of game system).
You can't prohibit others from joining. You need to create a server in order to play with someone. Just like when you go in game and you see list of servers come up, those are the servers that by the community or the developers. If you want to play with friends without other random people, you need to create a server and lock it down with a password to play privately.

Most people just rent it from some gameserver hosting because they don't want to deal with bunch of setup and configs.
