Hello everyone! Today I'm releasing a chunky update that adds a bunch of new stuff.

Technical change: upgraded to Unity's Universal Render Pipeline

As you can tell, I decided to change the game's name from 'Feisty Festivities' to 'Winfray'. The name 'Winfray' stems for 2 words, wintry and fray. I decided to change the name because I feel as if the name 'Feisty Festivities' only fits for the Christmas season, which may lead people away from checking out the game. I also feel as if the name doesn't feel very "exciting" if that makes sense.

2 new game modes called 'Hordes' and 'Minigames' have been added and are available to play. When you first launch up the game, you'll be greeted to a new menu where you can select between Snowball Fight, Minigames, and Hordes.

Choose from a list of minigames where you can earn coal. Currently, the only one available to play is 'Falling Crates' where you dodge falling crates for a long as possible. The longer you stay alive, the more the crate spawn rate increases. For every second you survive, you'll earn 1 coal, but I might change this. If you have any suggestions or ideas for games, please let me know in the discord server.

Endlessly defend the giant chicken from being touched by hordes of enemies. Before starting, you're given options that you can change. These options include the time between each enemy spawning, the maximum amount of enemies allowed at once, and if you want the enemies to be more difficult.

Note: My goal with this game mode is to make it a full on game. I want to make it so you can complete quests, level up, and upgrade yourself while playing on different maps.

It's Easter! To fit to the times, I've made some Easter-related additions that you may appreciate have have also added/changed some stuff that hopefully make the game more fun!

• Cosmetics
  
  • You can now change the appearance of your characters with all-new cosmetics! The cosmetics include the colour of your player and hats!
    
  • Hats unlocked with new currency: Snowbucks
    
  • Leveling removed and replaced with Snowbucks
    
  • Snowbucks earned from killing players (like coal), but you receive less
    
• Weapon System Changes
  
  • Removed the current weapon system and replaced it with an ammo-based one.
    
  • Added a quick-buy menu that can be opened by pressing 'Q' that buys ammo for the gun you want
    
  • Ammo does not get reset when you die
    
  • Monkey Launcher price reduced to 50 coal
    
• New weapon: katana
  
  • Melee weapon - doesn't require ammo
    
• New movement mechanic: fast fall
  
  • When in the air, you can hold down 'V' to fall quicker to the ground
    
• 2 new maps
  
• Added practice/firing range
  
• Added the ability to upgrade how many snowballs you can hold at once with coal
  
• Changed blood splash particle effect
  
• Changed kill sound (ITS MORE MEATY)
  
• Weapons you hold now get displayed to other players
  
• Added a camera shake when you throw snowballs
  
• Changed snowball pickup sound
  
• Most maps now have snow falling particles
  
• Snowballs now look like eggs
  
• Snowball piles now look like egg piles

Considering the maps are no longer winter-themed and there is no snow on the ground, I decided to change the system to where it makes sense logically.

• Removed the ability to pickup snowballs wherever you are.
  
• Added snowball piles around the map where you can pickup a max of 5 snowballs.
