MSIL/Packed.Confuser.E
My NOD32 antivirus just killed my running game and deleted executable.
MSIL/Packed.Confuser.E was detected.
Is this game safe to run (false positive)?

It is indeed a false positive.
It's due to, as written in title, a program known as "Confuser" in order to make some changes in the code to make it harder to read for hackers.
