Microsoft XNA framework has been discontinued and sometimes just doesn't work anymore. Your best bet is to try the FNA version of the game.
You can find it under the betas for the game, rightclick Reus in your library, go to properties and then betas, then select the "fna-version" in beta participation

fna version is crashing for me :(
