So how i this game similar to 'Binding of Issac?
I finally figured out how to reset all my achievements and am thoroughly enjoying playing the game again from the beginning. One thing I always did after unlocking everything was never bother with animals and go full plants primary and minerals secondary (Groth Toxic Leaf and Plant Aspects plus as much Minerals too as well). I never liked using the 4 ambasadors unlocks everything and got stuck always playing plants and mines, and needing to reload to get the right bonuses on projects for wither plants or mines.

But while playing the game again, reading the wiki and stuff, I found a thing where the developers state their inspirations for the game - Populous (definitely) Civ (villiages and resources I guess), but Binding of Issac? Where is the influence from that one?

Isaac becomes harder after every win (to some extent). Just like Reus, where you unlock longer runs and more complicated items the more you play. Other similarities:
- each run is random and can be done differently depending on your choises + rng;
- different endings;
- secrets to uncover every time you play;
- ability to choose playstile (in your example you chose plants and minerals and i chose animals and fish mostly), unlike other games where your progression is linear. In Isaac you can force run to be more Heavens-oriented or more hell-oriented, you can use sacrifical way to win, or money making one. Choises.

For example, you can't choose different way of playing in Fate Tectonics or Kingdom for Keflings, or Kingdoms or The Bonfire 2.

How did you manage to reset everything? I also would like to enjoy this game again.

I don't remember exact action for reset, but there is some sort of buttons combination, which resets all achievements, so you have to unlock everything again. It is done from achievements (ingame) screen.

But i think it will only simulate reset and you still have access to everything inside game.

The way around might be either creating new PC-user and creating new Steam account for him, then giving family rights to that user, so he can play games from main account.

Correct, the Ctrl+Shift+F3 key combination only does a placebo reset, not an actual reset.

I really appreciate the way around that you suggested but it's just really out of the question to have to create new steam users and family rights every single time you want to restart a game.

There has to be a better actual solution for this, like a config file or something that could be manually deleted/modified. For example, in Headliner: Novinews, you can do a hard reset by just modifying a line in a file (or deleting that file), it's a quite simple way and allows the player to see again a sequence that can only be seen during the second play through so after a year or so without playing that game (or any game, for that matter) it really gives a great sense of a fresh start.
