Is there any way to replay the tutorial?

I only see people wanting to skip it. I don't want to lose my unlocks, since I'm only halfway through, but at the same time I can't remember what on earth I'm doing since I last played this years ago.

start a 30 min era and you will rediscover everything you need to know

Yes there is. Go to new game, and then change the gamemode to beginning (which is the tutorial) and pick which of the three tutorial era's you want to play again
