Mercs is a whole other story. Much more to learn. You need a perfect sense for timing, the Spawnlocations of Items and enemies, Combos and knowing the stage like your pocket. Mercs seems to be just slaughtering, but to get an S you have to invest much more than you have to in Raid Mode. Raid mode is less skill than endurance.
In the end RE6 is the better game for me. Played Revelations around 25 hours and i get bored. RE 6 for around 100. RE6 is the better game, more action than Revelations but everywhere else better. Just a style thing
Same on Raid mode if you going for TB :)
+1, I still love this game and play alot despite more than 400+ hours of game play.
RE6 actually has a few cool online modes, still have to try them. Revelations came out when i was over with RE6's campaign, so ive stopped playing Rev by then.
RE6 came out too late for PC, it should have been released more close to the console versions
Revelation is just an 3DS game and with it comes a harsh limitation of gameplay options. There are less things you can actualy do and the stages are more linear as CoD lvls. There is just not that much to memorize and to practize. You just have to learn spawn location, vulnerabilities for stunning, and behaviour of bossmobs. Difficulty stays the same. a lvl 5 stage with lvl 5 equipement is as easy as a lvl 17 stage with lvl 17 guns. I just dont see the point in playing all stages 3 times on harder difficulties. It is just grinding. with enough time and endurance everybody can reach TB. Raidmode is just nice for coop, it is no gamemode like Mercs what you still play after 4 years ( i did in RE5 and i propably will with Re6, because Mercs is better in it).
Well i can said the same things too. Alexis79 clearly said Raid mode is same hard as Mercenary but your the one who started to compare it same as TS both of you are comparing Apples and Oranges.
this one is just a mix of cutsecquences, triggerhappy the c button to search hidden items and ridiculous short and boring levels.
