I was thinking the samething. Seems like no one bought the PC version the way these forums are so dead

It's good, though there are some issues with mouse aiming. Loads of people bought the game; most of us are just playing the game, and not posting on the forums.

Only complaint is the mouse acceleration and deadzone so far.

Nvidia 3D vision causes the game to crash.

If you're looking to use it, I'd hold off and see if it gets fixed. I'm truly shocked it wasn't implemented in a beta driver already considering RE5 being a "3D Vision Ready" title.

I would say definitely PC. Game has been running quite well for me.

Mouse aiming is crap unless they patch it. Also consoles don't support mouse at all, so choose between bad and even worse.

It's got a few chips here and there, but it is by no means completely broken or unplayable. I've been using nothing but the keyboard and mouse for Infernal, and I've been doing fine.

Mouse accel., mouse deadzone, lack of support for 2560x1440 and a few other generic resolutions. However, with a gamepad and a 1080 screen, the game is still better than the console versions... but that's not saying much.

Still on about the resolution, I see. Parts of the game look pretty awful at even 1920x1080, so anything higher would likely make it even worse. Just quit whining already.

There's a difference between whining and a legitimate complaint.

Well, it is a rerelease of a game, plus not every country have the game yet
(still 2 days to go here).

Again, the game looks /awful/ in some parts, even at 1920x1080. The 3D map, for instance? Blocky as hell. It might look alright at 3DS resolution, but it seems like the devs forgot to scale up that model, or any of the level geometry, really. Textures range from alright to horrific, too. As much as you might feel that your resolution should be supported, because some people use it, 1920x1080 is far more common, and much more standard than 2560x1440 will ever be, in all likelihood.

I don't think you understand that EVERY other game I own (147 on Steam alone) supports 2560x1440. Have you ever ran a game outside of your native resolution? Everything is super blurry and unplayable. How would you feel if this game didn't have 1920x1080? Because the odds of not having 1080 are pretty much the same as not having 1440. You can call it whining all you want because you don't have the issue, but it's an issue nonetheless. I have every right to be angry at Capcom and the development for this game.

You really don't. There's a demo out, and it's been out for a while. You could have started that up, and checked if your resolution was in the game. Hell, you could have even asked around here, but instead, you chose to buy the game without checking.

Like it or not, you're the one at fault here. Capcom has no obligation to provide a specific resolution. You can ask them to include an option for it, sure, but demanding things isn't the way to go, and getting angry about it isn't going to help anyone. The mouse aim is awful right now, but am I going to ♥♥♥♥♥ about it? Nah. Besides, wbacon has even said that there's a patch in the works.

If you're really that upset about the game not supporting your native resolution, send a ticket to Capcom's support team. They're the ones that can help, since the ini tweak doesn't work in your specific situation.

The best part about this is, if you'd just stated your grievance in a calm, respectful manner, nobody would have jumped down your throat about it. Because you and that other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ had to go and start a bitchfest about it, though, you're going to get some rude responses.
Dragoonseal 21 MAY 2013 a las 3:19 p. m.
And yet 2560x1600 is supported, so it's pretty obvious missing resolutions like 2560x1440 and 1440x900 are oversights. Some people are getting some really weird notions on this forum.
