Cannot find Config.ini,help please

i've downloaded it this night but yet it seems i have a big problem ._. it says "input not supported" well,i said myself,i just have to find the file and change it manually...2hours after,i'm still at the starting point ._.
i've tried every way with every method,it simply doesn't exist...someone ever had this problem and resolved it?

config.ini isnt in the game folders its in your documents where settings and sometimes saves are kept. This is mine on win8.1 C:\Users\tom\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\RESIDENT EVIL REVELATIONS

Hey Ailander, did you manage to fix your changes in config.ini, because I have tried a few times myself and steam kept overwriting so if you have managed it can you tell me how please.

uh strange...no it didn't overwrite to me,i simply changed the file,saved and then played....i already over it too o.o

can either one of you guys send me a copy of your config file. ive found the folder where it should be saved but it isnt there

i'm having the exact same issue, can't even play the game because trying to change the resolution through the ingame menu crashes the game and i can't even install a fix for it since there is no config folder to edit
