Rachel is the dumbest thing in this game
then the non stop fish enemies in the water section. Like the story is okay in this game but, man is the way they make you run all over and then here comes rachel AGAIN w/ 5-6 enemies as well and somehow now there aint no ammo around either or herbs. Such lame design.

If you find it difficult, try the easy difficulty level. Try to shoot the enemy at vulnerable points. Use shock grenades if there are a lot of enemies around.

You would have to full restart campaign to select diff. difficulty so I refuse to do that and re do everything but, she isn't hard I just use upgraded rifle n hs her but, the problem I have is that the section she is in is super cramp hallway w/ many enemies also spawning and I have 0 herbs w/ low ammo so it is just so crap design.

Why must you fight them? Try to avoid/dodge...

I managed to get it

It's a survival horror game lmao ? Notice the survival part , it means you need to survive and use the items in your possession wisely so that you can survive the campaign. The big tittied blonde is a reocurring optional boss fight , if you decide to waste your resources , you get rewarded with custom gun parts. You can easily dodge her with the and you won't believe this the dodge button (should be space). It's not bad game design , it's a lack of skill :)

It's funny that you find her more annoying boss fight than that rock dude on Infernal...

Reason I find her annoying is because it is just a lazy design choice of let's add this enemy that you fight multiple times and is just added to help give player something to do because all they doing is running around back n forth on a ship. One bad game design leads to another one. This happens not only in this game like Evil Within had that w/ the spider lady. There is just a lot of things in this game that annoy me but, I like RE enough to just try n get through it. Like the side door that leads perfectly to the outside remains locked till you do the UAV outside then the guy on the comms say take this way its the quickest allowing you now to use that door... it is just a lot of tiny stupid things that add up. Unfortunately RE Village wasn't that much of change if we talk new RE however RE 7 was S+ tier RE game.

Idk but Rachel is the most interesting boss for me in this game. But to each their own I guess. I like the idea that she won't die. That you have to face her multiple times. If anything, Norman fight was the most boring boss fight I ever experienced in this game, even on Infernal. Scagdead is even more interesting than Norman. Also RE games are just like that. They locked the door on purpose like you need to unlock in on the other side or it opens at specific times bcoz it will be easy and would take away the essence of horror otherwise

Rachel Ooze fight is once of the boss fight that tests your skills and knowledge of the game. You know how to use weapons and subweapons. Newbies definitely will complain which is normal. Even on easy this boss is quite hard. But once you understand what you are doing, it's easy like this:

All you need is Pulse Grenades and a Sniper to shoot her head [PSG1 sucks in Campaign imo].

The final confrontation against Rachael after getting out of the elevator, let her get near by strafing in and out of the elevator and drop a pulse inside. When she's stunned, full charge your kick and knock her inside the elevator. Proceed to snipe her head multiple times before her get-up animation starts. Moments before she fully gets up, drop another one and proceed with the steps until she screams in agony after her defeat.

I've defeated her with just knife attacks and dodging. If you plan to take Infernal Difficulty, be wary of your ammunition and your explosives. Play Raid Mode to dodge better and to know enemy attack pattern.

I finished the game already but, ty for suggestion. I ended up just focusing on have my magnum have daze attachment on it so just knocks her back each shot and then switch to rifle and 2 headshots she dies. The M/KB controls are weird on this game especially with the dodge button on space and you cant solo bind dodge to something so every time you wanna dodge you quick turn also which really is odd. Fun game though I will get the 2nd when its on sale complete package. Right now gonna finally finish up RE Village which is eh I wish the next RE is like RE7 in scare factor. Like maybe have it be set in a jungle in South America in Brazil some super creepy vibes.

I pretty much never use the quickturn dodge, I always just push forward since it's faster and usually takes less reorienting
