Is Charge Shot 4 worth it?

Im thinking of getting it, but I recall in campaign, it's hard to use it on moving target, especially at max damage (2.83 sec, per Raid Mode 101) guide.

But in raid mode, has anyone use it regularly? I read it's very good on pale rider.

What do u think?

It's situational. For example, sometimes you find enemies just stand around and you happen to have a 6 slot muramasa. It will save you time, ammo and pain. I put charge shot 4 on pale rider and muramasa for tower of doom event. It makes you hit a lot harder. The Norman will stand there and pose for awhile, give you time to charge up. For normal situations, you might have to knock them down or stun them to buy time to charge.

I did a full run with -only magnum no gluttony-. It was a good fight at the promenade. The last group of three scagdeads came straight in a row and I did blast them away with charge shot and piercing. I had 10 rounds left and no knife work to do
I was very confident and started the deck fight with only 40 rounds left.
And it worked...almost. Fangs and saving ammo is a bad combination. I learned that. Killed Norman and had 0 herbs left.
GN killed me finally LOL

Hey u still did a good job. Nice work at the promenade using charge4. Yeah fangs is a bad idea coz of limited ammo. I attached herbs finder to sacrifice the dmg6 (I used TR lvl. 48 3 slots as my main weapon). Luckily I made it. Before Norman fight u really want to be in full 84 ammo so I just let crown Rachel survived and dodge her around while recovering ammo. At Norman fight it was easy, as long as u have full 84 ammo. For GN, yeah knifing is very risky if u r not get used to dodge him at close range.

BUT

We can do it the noob way. Dodge his charge and while he is back turned on you, knife him 5 times and run away. U will make him rage and then it's time to get magnum do its job. Overall I need to get him rage 3x before it ended the fight.

You can make it next time for sure.

My main weapon (LH) has 5 slots but your TR have 35% more power and Piercing so the TR is superior even without 15% damage. I will try to dodge GN but I’m horrible at that. Maybe I don’t do it the „Noob-way“ but I try the „Coward-way“ - hiding and shoot from safe distance LOL

My TR has 25k after the upgrades. No wonder my LH can only reach 20k dmg without dmg6 part.

Actually what u did there hiding is one my mentor taught me. But I suck doing that method and I had to think of my own. Lol. It's not a coward way what u did back there.

I replace one of the pale riders with a python. The python is hopefully a more suitable main weapon. I need millions and millions BP for all LOL and my machine gun challenge is also still pending

If u use Lady Hunk yeah. Otherwise it is slow even with other chars with magnum mastery. Im lucky to have level 50 Pale Rider. Its almost same speed as LH.

I checked my previous run, I was wrong, it's 1.88 fire rate with fire rate 3 (or 2? I forgot) part, but I felt its still fast enough like LH.

I have Fire rate 1.67 with the best fire rate equipped. My LH has 4.29 fire rate. Maybe you remember your pale rider fire rate better than it was. Jill isn’t really fast with magnums
