1 enemy missing all the time at coop ghost ship (trying trinity)
I know. It´s a old game and so on. I try to help someone to get trinity on Ghost Ship. But that´s a very horrible and stupid thing. We tried again and again and again, running all the cleared area again and again, looking videos, looking forums, trying different ways and what we can do to get trinity on ghost ship. But nothing helps. All the time 1 enemy is missing and we can´t find it. In coop is lvl 49 with 436 enemys (without Ghost Norman), we got only 435, at lvl 50 with 437 enemys (with Ghost Norman), we get only 436. What the hell is going on and is a possible way to solve it? I know. The game has some issues that destroying trinity for ghost ship. 6-7 years ago, I got trinity on ghost ship with help (coop) and it works without problems. Thanks for maybe a way to solve the issue. If you german guy, please write in german. Thanks.

It's very difficult to know which single enemy you might miss. If you are taking a certain route through the ship it is possible to break the spawning trigger for some creatures. A few creatures have a chance to fall outside the boundaries, (particularly a speed type Blister enemy in the Upper Cabin). It could simply be an enemy that you missed.

If you are watching a video or reading a detailed map you should be able to move through each area and check the spawn pattern by identifying the "final" spawn in each area, often an Aculeozzo puffer fish.

Time saving methods like splitting up and gathering extra keys to break the sequence of events are often responsible for messing up the spawning triggers. Follow a known method as precisely as you can, and pay attention to anything you are doing that they are NOT doing to reduce the risk of breaking your run.

After clean enemies in Bridge area, did you com down the stairs to kill the puffer fish?

If you are still having difficulty locating the last enemy it might help to clear each area in a different order.

Try going through it the "intended" way, then backtrack and clear the next area. Don't try to save time by going backwards through the Bridge to the Dining area. Clear the upper or lower Cabins, then go back to the Dining hall, clear the remaining Cabins, then use the elevator and clear the Bridge.

If your goal is to get a Trinity, don't follow a speed run.

Typically sometimes a enemy will spawn late after you kill everything else in the room, which is why i wait a few more seconds before going to the next area, when i was being helped with it the guy helping would occasionally miss one enemy that spawned late and since i was the one being trinitied i was able too see the late enemy and kill it.

We got trinity on Ghost Ship. I belive, I found the issue about the 1 missing enemy that not count. How can I explain it. If you take the way over the Sidedeck, there is a place between the flooded area and tunnel before Labor. After cleaning the flooded area, you swim a little arae to a flooded room with 2 dolphin, climb out of the water over the ladder and go diretcly by a door an another door. In the next area is on left side a double door that open the way to the locker room. in the locker room are 2 lock. 1 left and 1 right with a Wallblister. And that´s maybe the issue of the enemy that not count. before we take a new way that works, we doing all the time the wrong way. The wrong way was: I killed the Wallblister in the left and right lock, I go to the left, my partner to the right, killing the spawning Scarmiglione. The right way to count the enemy we are now doing and works everytime is: My partner kills the Wallblister in the left lock while I stay outside the right lock. If the Wallblister killed, I go to right lock and kill the Wallblister while my partner waiting in the left lock for the Scarmiglione to kill him. We killing the Scarmiglione and made the normal way to the tunnel. Maybe there is a second issue for the Bridge. I cleaning the bridge and my partner killing with knife the enemys are downstairs on the door who trying to go to my partner and I left the last enemy to kill for my partner to be sure, the Bridge is maybe count a few enemy for my partner an counts for the statistic too. 3 runs showed the new ways as success. The first run was no trinity, but all enemy killing and with the new way for the bridge and left/right lock, all 436 enemys on lvl 49 counted. Second run was trying to get trinity, all enemis count again, but my partner got little damage by one of the last 5 fish on the final Norman Area. The third and last trying to get trinity was a success for my partner. He got all enemys counted, no damage, playing with low level and that´s he got trinity.

i got trinity long time ago with a lev 50 mate with very powerful item, now i am lev 50 but i didn't dropped any good lev 49-50 weapon to upgrade it...so i can't even finish the short route without dying for not having herb and cuz it' takes a lot of ammo cuz i do low dmg...any tip on where the hell i can have a good weapoons so i can fully upgrade it?? i have cornucopia for magnum ,the mod that let u use every ammo type but it's a crap pyton with only 4 slot..how i would a 6 slot lev 40 pyton..this game is freaking unfair in trms of dropp.they put the usefull items for ghost behind the stupid Not being hit wall...uff

Congratulations making it through the Trinity with hard work and determination!

As for weapons, don't focus too much on weapon level. Any weapons over level 40 should be strong enough, in general. Abyss 20 is probably the best stage to find weapons for the Ghost Ship.

Find a partner to play with you to make the process faster. Wanted ( named ) Monsters will show up here, and each kill of a named monster has a chance to drop a weapon with one higher rarity, which means more parts slots or a higher weapon level than usual.

A level 44 weapon with maximum slots is much better than a level 47 weapon with less slots.

Parts that are easy to find that might help are;

Damage V ( less total power , no restrictions like range or enemy type though )
Critical IV ( useful for M40A1 and PSG1 especially )
Daze V ( stun and melee enemies )
Piercing II ( double and triple damage output just by lining enemies up )
Infighter II ( better damage than Damage VI )
Herb Find III ( or Fang II, but if you are practicing no hit runs it is pointless )
Ammo Magnet IV, V, VI ( essential )
Giant Killer II ( preferred for damage efficiency, always use Giant Killer )
Human Killer II ( for Norman / Ghost Norman )
Full Burst ( boss killing, very inefficient for normal use )
Brass Knuckle II ( if you rely on melee )
Commander III ( if you have a partner and you aren't splitting up, better range than infighter, better damage than Damage VI )

Keep in mind that Ammo Magnets and Herb find will trigger on knife, melee, and grenade kills, as well as getting too close to an exploding Chunk ( it counts as a kill for you ).

Magnums are extremely difficult to replenish ammo for, if you use a Magnum build it up to kill Norman, you will get more "total power" with Giant Killer and Human Killer ( against Norman, for example ) than using the Magnum for the whole run and collecting a handful of bullets from Cornucopia. Magnum Cornucopia is almost as useless as Machine Gun Gluttony.

For the long lvl 49 trinity run I use the Aggressor (you can use the normal AUG? version with fewer damage that works fine), MP5 and L.Hawk lvl 47 "Speedshot" +30. Aggressor lvl. 48 (from event) for normal low level enemys from lvl 1 to max. 40, not for all king-class or strong and tank enemys, is build with grenade launcher, auto loader 3, damage 5, cornucopia 3 to get new ammo and Medal of Courage. The MP5 lvl. 48 (not so good weapon but for taking ammo for the L.Hawk it´s perfect) I don´t use this MP5 to kill enemys because to weak an only for normal low level enemys from lvl 1 to max. 30. is build with damage 5, bottomless punch 8 for regenerade pulse-grenade all 210 seconds, cornucopia 3, grenade launcher, poisonous lure 3 and dehumanizer 2. The L.Hawk "Speedshot" lvl 47 is for the rest of all enemys fro lvl 30 to 60, build with boost to +30 from shop to get 3.00 firerate and basic damage of little more than 18.000. Magazin is 6 because "Speedshot" If you use a normal L.Hawk, mark it at the shop to "speedshot" and you get bigger magazin. The build is damage 5, full burst, autoloader 5 and Gluttony 5 (only avaiable on Ghost Ship if you get trinity or with luck from a event on residentevil.net). Without Gluttony 5 I´m not able to make long or short ghost ship runs. I use all this weapons to help someone to get trinity. But at the end of the big run, I need a little time to regenerade ammo, (15-20 minutes with cornucopia in both MG´s to save time. 1 cornucopia give 7 ammo all 30 sec, 2 cornucopia give 14 ammo all 30 sec). But don´t forget. If you shot 1 ammo from a MG or L.Hawk, it counts 2 ammo. 1 shot are split to 2 MG´s reserve magazin what you have. If you think, you have 1.400 ammo reserve, that´s wrong. You have only 700 ammo reserve.

For short Ghost Ship lvl 50, Ghost Nomran run, I use the same weapon, but not the Aggressor. I use the Drake "Speedload" lvl 48 +30 is for Ghost-Norman and for lvl 20 to 40 strong and tank enemys. +30 is to get 6 magazin, firerate 2.15 and the rest high basic damage that you can buy in the shop as boost. The parts are damage 5, full burst, Gluttony 2, cornucopia 4, auto loader 2 and Narrow 2. I use the drake for the first phase of Ghost Norman. Magnum is not good in the first phase, Drake make good damage. After the second phase of Ghost Norman, Drake no longer good and I switsch to the magnum that make brutal damage and Ghost Norman is in solo runs, and if you know how Ghost Norman works and can handle it, in my way to beat it, in 30 sec +/- killed. But the best weaponpart (in my opinion) for Ghost sip runs ist Gluttony 5 (only Ghost ship trinity or with luck residentevil.net event avaiable)

plsadd me iwould get some decent weapon in ghost runs..already have gluttony and some cornucopia..but i want The Weapon so i cans tart upgrade it. thanks

Once you have Gluttony you just build around whichever Gluttony you have. Handgun Gluttony alone is absurdly overpowered.

Like I said, you can start running the Ghost Ship with parts and weapons found in regular parts and weapons cases. If you limit yourself to trying to find perfect weapons you aren't going to have fun playing the game.

@wernerhoerz you are definitely strong enough to complete genocide runs of the Ghost Ship without Gluttony 5. Try to focus more on Total Damage rather than Power and Speed.

I would strongly recommend against using an L. Hawk. Using a weapon like that is probably why you experience a need for more ammo. An L. Hawk is roughly the same strength as a Rifle, but weaker overall.

Rifles have innate Piercing, the ability to hit multiple enemies with one bullet multiplies your damage output. For all purpose enemy killing this gives rifles a ridiculous advantage.

Rifles have the best Critical Hit Rates and Damage Multipliers. If you target weak points this gives rifles more damage on average than L. Hawks.

Rifles have more parts slots, except PSG1. Increases versatility and power even more for Rifles.

The PSG1 is the weakest of the Rifles, and bullet for bullet PSG1s will deal more damage on average when used correctly than an L. Hawk. Muramasa and M40A1 rifles are simply overpowered compared to L. Hawks.

Actually mastering the rifle is a different story, so, don't switch to a PSG1 and expect to have better performance right away. The right tag and the right technique for each weapon is absolutely essential.

Just don't let yourself get stuck with one idea, like the Power rating, many of the parts and weapons have a purpose or a use that can give you an advantage. Use everything.

I saw a lot of ghost ship runs with different wepons and it´s fantastic. One video the goe maybe over 1 Hour is a trinitiy run without gluttony and what are the best for all other player ist. And if I can remeber, he use a rifle and that´s a horrible thing to destroy enemys. Another video shows a normal Pistol from Parker and it´s built with parts, that can do more damage on king-class and strong enemies as wih a overpowerd magnum. Yes. I need to do more expereiment with weapon, but I´m one with the actually weapons for ghost ship runs.

To get "The Weapon" is not easy. It´s all random and big luck. The same is for the parts to built a weapon. And what drae_perin said is right. A lvl 44 pistol with 6 slot can with the right building part better than a lvl 50 magnum, rifle or some strong weapons. Today I do with a partner stage 20 on Tartaros for over 30 ties and get only 1 named weapon, called "Prophet" and all the other are marked weapons and only lvl 43-47 for garbage. Ghost Ship the same. You can made 30 run of Ghostship to farm weapon, but at the end, you can get with big luck 3 weapons that worth it to build. If you want really god weapons with 4, 5 or 6 slots, you need to do the event on resi.net. Best waepon are showed on the Price-List and what you have to do for it, But the most weapon are over lvl 47 and/or named, but this "overpowered" weapon has only 1, 2 or no slot and that´s garbage. 1,2 or no slots made a lvl 50 weapon to garbage.
