Ultrawide 21:9 support help before buy. [Solved]

Hi!

Anyone here that have this game that runs it in 21:9 (3440x1440)?


Is it only possible to run the game in this resolution in the full game?

There is a forum about getting the game to run in this aspect ratio. But i've tried everything in the while i tried the demo.



[Solved] It works perfectly on 3440x1440.

-> I downloaded the latest version of Widescreen Fixer v3.4 r737. Then i launched the game the first time. Set all the video settings to highest. The in-game resolution to 2560x1440. V-sync off and variable fps.

-> After that i quit the game.

-> Went to this location: C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\RESIDENT EVIL REVELATIONS

-> Opened the config.ini file.

-> Looked for the line "Resolution=" and wrote 2560x1440.

-> Closed the config.ini file.

-> Right clicked the file, and then properties. Make READ ONLY.

-> Then i launched the Widescreen Fixer app and Resident Evil Revelations.

-> Go to the main screen (that is after the intro screen with the eye).

-> Alt+Tab the game.

-> Then go to the Widescreen Fixer and enable the fix.

-> Press the settings(The cogwheel)

-> The box that says "Automatically Detect Resoltion" should not be ticked.

-> Set the "Display Count" to "1" in the box.

-> Uncorrected Resolution. Type "2560" "1440" in the first two boxes.

-> Corrected Resolution. Type "3440" "1440" in the two other boxes.

-> Set a desired FOV if you want to. Then click "Save Settings" and "Close Window".

-> Make sure that the "Fix Enabled" is set to "Yes".

-> Alt+Tab back into the game. And VOILA! The game should now work perfectly in 3440x1440 in 100fps with a desired field of view.

I've tried this many times with variances here and there and nothing is working, anyone got any other options?

This game does no longer work with 21:9 for me either. Not sure why it just stopped working.

I dont understand it work but this is not a full true....21:9
