Question regarding New Game+ and carry over

I've finished the game on all difficulties ( normal > infernal > casual) . I did notice 2 things:
1 - some weapons does not carry over when continuing the game on another difficulty ( Python, Parker Governemnt) Unless you finish the last boss and keep those weapons equiped
2 - I'm misisng IRL =/ , I've finished infernal and did go casual just for the fun, but instead I got a normal RL ( that I already used). IRL is restricted to use on Infernal mode only?

Ah yes. In fact I'm doing another run on Normal, and my IRL is not there. currently on chapter 5

Hmm... I do think that I had New Game+ instead of Continue... Doesn't matter. Almost finish no death run on Normal to unlock achievement. Soon I will go to Infernal again to collect the rest of Ammo and to get the IRL again

After you beat the game, save the data manually. Then New Game + with that data. You can start a New Game + at any time, but keep carrying over the latest data.

Now I noticed you get the auto-loader for beating the game on any difficulty without dying. Can you get two more auto-loaders this way, or is it a one time reward?
