Unable to exit museum's west wing

Is anyone else facing this problem? Clicking on "museum - main hall" doesn't make Poirot go anywhere, he just marches on the spot. Or is there something I'm missing?

just started to play the game and I haven't gotten that far yet. I am having trouble exploring the rest of the ship. The only places I seem to be able to go is the one passenger's cabin and out on the deck of the ship. Am I missing an entrance or something? I have exhausted all the dialogue. Any suggestions?

Usually in these type of games, if it does not let you move to another area, your missing a clue or some type of dialogue. Keep searching every area and see if you can find a missing clue.

Figured out a hack for it - leaving a room doesn't work via mouse click, but with the "E" key it works just fine. So darn weird.

I had the same issue...Poirot simply continued walking instead of leaving to the main hall when using the mouse. Anyway, your remark to use the keyboard instead did the trick, thank you!

Thank you for your replies. I managed to find the missing clues I needed to move on. I am now in the Museum in London and working the clues. Madhurisharma, I will try your trick to use the "E" key as well. thank you again.

In the end, sounds like a bug when using controllers or a mouse. You may want to only play in the future this game with a keyboard.
