Morrowind is probably the closest thing we can get to Zeno Clash. At least I think so.
If you are interested, check out Might & Magic - Dark Messiah. The game offers so much and is so much fun in close range combat, one of my favourites. Played through many times.
Don´t fear the Might & Magic name, this one was different to the rest of the series and has to do nothing with the hardcore rpg series. You can say it is a First Person Zeno Clash with a mix of Skyrim (which came 6 years later or so).
Unfortunately this might be the reason there has never been a sequel ;(
Other than that I would say that the play style that comes the closest are old games like Jedi Knight series and Die by the Sword. Similar complex close range combat, but with swords.
