So you can just use a program called joy2key and map your mouse to the right stick.
Please note, that it will not feel the same as NATIVE 360 support.
But since this a brawler who cares?

XBOX 360 controller , working.[solution inside]
Zeno Clash controller config for Controller Companion
I must have spent 25 minutes trying to tweak and configure my way around the lack of a second analog stick for looking and I thought I finally had it all worked out enough to beat the first matchup.
Hooray, this isn't perfect, but I can get used to this.
Then you go into a dream sequence and they give you a gun...
Oh...well crap.
Nope, this isn't going to work. It's just too clunky and will require tricks and mode changes too numerous to even attempt in an action game.
I'll try again messing with the mouse+ keyboard configuration, but as soon as I was required to shift fingers to the E key to switch opponents while trying to hold space and directional keys to dodge, I kind of got the impression that's not going to work and it will make your hand cramp up very quickly.
While I paid less than a dollar for it in a bundle, It still looks like fun if I can find a decent method of contolling it.
