SPOILERS: All secrets and endings

Freedom - Do what the narrator tells you to do.
Countdown - Turn the mind control on instead of off.
Museum - Go down the route that says "ESCAPE" on it.
Escape Pod - Leave the boss's office before the doors close.
Dream - Go down the stairs.
Broom Closet - Go in the broom closet and stay there for a while. This ending may take a couple of restarts to complete.
Confusion - Go down the elevator in the maintenance room.
Powerful - Fall off the lift.
Prove Him Wrong - Retreat from the lift.
Choice - Unplug the phone.
Phone - Answer the phone.
Narrator's Tears - Go through the red door.
Destination - Go through the blue door, don't beat the baby game, and beat the Portal puzzle.
Art - Go through the blue door and beat the baby game.
Stuck in Portal - Break the Portal puzzle.
Coward - Close the door while you're in Stanley's office.
Heaven - Activate the "AWAITING INPUT" computers. You can find a different one each consecutive restart, and one of them is just before Stanley's boss's office.
Out the Window 1 - Go out the window and choose "YES."
Out the Window 2 - Go out the window and choose "NO."
Whiteboard - When you leave Stanley's office into a blue room, open door 426.
Serious - Try to enable server cheats.

All day today(I got the game roughly 12 hours ago) I have been going through the path to the Confusion ending to try to find some kind of continuation after you find the schedule, with no music, and it is a REALLY tiring, sickening journey when you go through it anywhere near as many times as I have... but to no luck. After seeing this thing that you typed, I got excited and started playing to the Confusion again. The third time it restarted I crouched, kept crouching for about a minute before even walking out of Office 427, then decided it must be some thing that would happen if I crouch-walked all the way through the third restart, which is also the longest restrat... it was long. It was REALLY REALLY LONG. And what did I get at the end? Nothing. Zilch. Not even a "you tried" star. The pain and suffering that I have gone through.. the boredom, the time wasted, when I could have been doing something I enjoyed instead... I don't.... I don't even...

ouch sorry, but there was a weird hidden blue room if you crouch out of the first door after 427's. i may has confused what restart it was lol

The blue room appears completely randomly.

Did anyone tried crouching in the redstair map? I remember someone saying there are a bunch of portals there.

I just did some cool exploration in the red stair map. I found out that you can get there by just deleting the office door next to stanley's. Once inside if you go to the right there is another door which you can delete and you can go down a few stories but you come to a dead end. I also tried going up to the pod (I was extreamly excited because I thought the narrator might be with me because I didn't leave him in the boss's office) but I got the same old escape pod ending.

Yeah, I've done the exact same thing. This lead me to somewhat of a conclusion that there might be another map we're looking for.

It is not noticed in the first message of this topic, so i mention it here : there is an heaven ending too. On computers, you can see this "Waiting input". When you do that, proceed to an another ending (it is not important) and after restarting the game, there is another computer whith this message. You have to do it five times : first computer near to the 432's office, the second one is in the second room whith computers, the thirs one is just before the boss's office, next one is again in the second room, and the last one is in the Stanley's office (after click on it, you're welcomed in heaven). I don't know if someone found it before, so I prefere to notice it.
