It's a little tricky.
You know how to reach the boss room?
So, when you will enter the room, keep the finger to back exactly when the doors will start to close. If you back before nothing happens, if you back after the doors close and you can't see this final in that run.
If you succeed, as soon as you come back, the stairs door will open (normally you can't open it after enter). I don't remember how long you have to back, but when you return to the stairs, they're changed, you can't go down anymore, and then, climbing, you'll face a escape exit. Just climb the (new) stairs until the end.
Yes, we have established that about 124.7 times throughout the thread. Not to be rude, but we need new information, not just rehash of already discovered things.
EDIT: Included Escape Pod, Prove Him Wrong, and Serious.
Serious - Cheat with the console (sv_cheats1 or something like that)
Cold Feet - Activate the lift and walk back, then kill yourself
Escape Pod - Activate the boss' door to close and walk back, then go backwards
Man... 1638 comments so far.
When i start to read this thread i got just the first 450 or so.
It's not exactly a final, but i don't read anything about the suicide attempts after entering this room: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=200679201
Narrator keeps asking you to return, you jump from the top of the stairs like 3 to 5 times and then you die.
Oh, i forgot how to reach it. lol
By the way: There is an interesting video about the buttons in the Detonation ending.

That video proves the argument that players have no control at that ending, which is neat
Confused me with the "Phone" ending. I've always know it as the Apartment Ending.
