Last time we promised to update the content again and we're keeping our word!
Today we bring you new firearms and melee weapons - some of which can be crafted. As well as adding some new sounds to the game, we've also fixed and unified the alignment of weapons in the direction of fire. We've added new visual effects to the firearms. We've also added a new kneeling shooting option. And we've also added a new female playable character (more new playable characters coming soon!). Oh, and lest we forget, we've also slightly increased the capacity of the jacket inventory to make it even a little easier for new players to start the game. We hope this helps a bit in the first few minutes in our unforgiving wasteland!
We're still working on the game and improving it. That's also why we're trying to release these small updates to the game and content on an ongoing basis, so you can keep up with the latest version of the game.

We are pleased to announce today that we have added new content to Plains of Pain. What can you look forward to?

• Several new backpacks that have a minor handicap of overheating
  
• A couple of new respirators for better filtration of bad air
  
• An easy-to-make scarf as both a primitive respirator and heat protection
  
• A new (larger) type of waist pack
  
• New goggles adding more heat resistance
  
• A large stone stash that can hold the same amount of stuff as a wooden crate
  
• A wall with repeatable quests as another way to earn money

At the same time, we have also improved and fixed various other parts of the game:

• New 3D hyena model
  
• Improvements to the grounding of the legs of hyenas, apocahorns and large spider-bugs
  
• Improved visual effects when firing firearms
  
• Rename Oxygen Support to Air Filtration
  
• Fixed minor bugs

You can look forward to more content updates to follow soon, while we work hard on the next major version of the game (v0.6).
