Where is the fuse?

I'm trying to find the fuse but i look everywhere. I'm not a big on help or cheat sheet but damn....

Ok, you're gonna need to jump over the electric fence (there are some useful objects scattered around the area that you can use to help you with that). After getting to the other side of the fence, you'll be able to deactivate it; the power supply is nearby. Then you'll see a door that says "Explosives", but it's locked. Find a way to open it (inventory is your friend). The gun powder will be somewhere in that room. ;)

and if like me, you find nothing useful in your inventory, you have to look around, again, and find a mining tool, follow the light !

found the gun powder inside a barrel looks like a black heep but can't pick it up. when i examine it says: "dry gunpowder just what I need!"

NVM! realised you have to soak the string in baxtrin then roll the string in gunpowder. sheesh took me long enough.
