Resolution issue for Penumbra Overture

Please help! Resolution was changed, now when game launches it is too large to access settings to change back to original resolution, have tried everything I can think of, changed it in steams game launch setting, uninstalled and reinstalled.. it opens and plays but cannot access game play or settings due to script being off the screen, tried arrows, mouse wheel every key on the board... any advice would be immensely appreciated. Thank you.

Right click to the exe, find the compability tab, then DPI settings, and disable it.
