i cant escape in the game when i go to the ladder nothing happens and i cant climb in or jump

the enemies there move super fast and i died like 20 times before even progressing from the first couple safe spots.

This level is not playable. I get stuck at the top of stairs and the character keeps tripping up randomly.

when im in the light in the dark parking level next to the button i still die for some reason
