What is an aquarium mode?

Normally each scene has a set time and series of scripted events that happen. The Reef Migration and The Abyss have an aquarium mode that unlocks after you've fully played through them once. This mode just removes the time limit and lets you sit and enjoy those two scenes for as long as you want.
