Yoshi's a bit more screwed, but the startup of flutter jump is actually armored, which can catch some people by surprise.
The other two weird double jumpers, Ness and Lucas, mainly resort to ledgestall to bait overextensions and retaliate with aerials to reverse the situation. Ness has a unique answer of jumping away from ledge and tossing a pk fire down if they don't take the bait, lucas can drop away and use a PK thunder II in the general direction of ledge to try and get them to back off.
Absa without a cloud out could use an aerial cloud to mess up their timing, or can use a quick side b to get them away, up B shenanigans (especially if they speed it up), her fair and uair would also be fairly respectable options if they keep those working like how Zelda's do, and the only ledge special I've not yet felt necessity to respect is Olympia's (instead I have to respect every other button she has, lol)
