Kickstarter Backer skin for Etalus

I've already redeemed the Kickstarter Backers skins for the other characters, but it doesn't show up for Etalus. How do I get access to that?

Etalus has a retro skin, but according to a message on Discord by a player investigating a bit, it may not be finalised yet.

Imma assume that they’re not finished yet. Usually a palette folder has 4 files, but his retro palettes only have 2 files

However as stated on the Kickstarter: "Rivals 2 Retro Skins for all launch characters". Retro Etalus is probably either going to be directly in a shop, or some twitch reward before going into the shop.
