Rivals of Aether II

Game currently has 798 players. One Platform.
As a backer, this is disappointing. I really hoped for more for this game, though I think it's deserved. Events I watch where Dan is on commentary, he is constantly joking with everyone else how bad Lox is, then they nerf him. Doesn't feel like they're taking this too seriously,

It's so silly to see them call you, Arxya, a clown farmer, when you regularly give actual advice and insight lmao, unlike most discussion posters who just respond with bait
Arxya is a very hated member of this community. It's his own fault. He's been blocked by most people and it's not hard to see why.
Fact.

That's like pretty good for a platform fighting game. For reference, a F2P game, Multiversus, at time of writing, has 600.

multiversus is universally considered a failed game

For a game that had AAA funding and is F2P, yeah.

That does not contradict what I said.

It does, at this time (afternoon in europe) there are 650 multiversus players and 900 rivals 2 players. Its basically peak gaming time rn for part of the world. And the game barely gets more players than a game considered dead

Dont get me wrong though, im not saying Rivals 2 is as bad as Multiversus, but using Multiversus numbers so suggest Rivals 2 is doing good is not it

Game is not popular outside of NA, so this means nothing. This is very clearly NOT peak hours for rivals as you can see by the steam charts.

MVS loses money = failed game.

Aether makes money = successful game.

What is with Zoomers and constantly autistically checking the Steam concurrent users? Why do you need that validation to play a video game?
Lol I don't care that much myself but at some point I don't want to wait 30 min in queue... if it's less than 500 players worldwide I can see a problem

You posted this at 4 in the morning on a workday. Of course there would be nobody online.

I guess this is a troll post ? The same guy posted a similar thread some time ago I believe the game was not even a month old.
