Cannot use keyboard while playing with Sunshine/Moonlight?

So, I'm playing Rivals of Aether with Sunshine as server and Moonlight as client for a "Remote desktop" setup, basically I play from another computer, but when I start the game, it won't let me setup the keyboard bindings. It only shows controller keybindings, and when I join I am stuck and unable to move. Anyone else having this problem?
