Cash Shop Concerns
The game is $30 to start which is no pocket change for most people. Then the cash shop is selling skins for 5,10, and 16 dollars. There is the coin shop but 15000 coins for a palette swap is a little ridiculous when after 14 hours I only have 4000. I think the coin prices should be significantly lower and we should be getting more coins overall.

I second this

The rivals 1 community was literally begging for a way to give devs money. if you want an easy way to get coins you can convert the bucks into coins. If you level all the characters to lv 2, you will have 1000 bucks which can be converted into 100000 coins

you get a better coin income after character level 10

i was able to get around 15k coins after 8 or 9 hours of playing

If the roa community was begging to give them money then I am not a part of that community

Niuce
Just play for literall an entire day to get a skin in this full price game you supported day 1

Alternatively the game could just get less support and content overall and things will be made more affordable. :balloonicorn:

I choose option 3: Play a game that doesn't do either of those things :)

I don't get how you have only 4000 with more playtime than me when I just checked and have 17,510 as I post this with like 10-12 hours of playing. I don't really see an issue with the shop because as long as you play the game you will be able to get those items without needing to spend a penny. i don't have much bucks only 300 but as someone said If i can get more by leveling everyone to lvl 2 then I will go do that. If you want more coins I know they have a paid option to give 20% but for without paying just keep playing I guess.

you have 12 hours of playtime and are still short to be able to afford even one single *pallette* that appears in the coin shop, surely you see how unreasonable this grind is rn

a palette that, mind you, was completely free in the first game and can't be purchased without the shop rotation doing you nice

I can understand. If I like and want to support a game, I don't mind spending a few extra dollars.

Yeah It does take some time to build them from levels alone. I'm curious to see how many coins will be attached to the monthly battle pass once that becomes available.

I understand the devs did this to be able to sustain the game for a long time but even still the prices of paid skin are twice what they should be, imagine paying $10 or $15 for a skin in a game you already paid $30 to even play...

TBH if skins were $5 across the board and coin prices were reasonable then i wouldn't even think twice about buying them but as it is now it feels very predatory and not at all a fair.

Oh and let't not forget there is also a starter pack for $20 that makes it so you get +20% more coins, so on top of buying the game i also have to pay premium to fix a problem the devs created themselves, yea it doesn't feel like an act of charity at this point.

also this is incorrect. Every character to level 2 gets you 500 bucks, not 1000. Enough for 1 common skin, or 3 common palettes (that were free in the first game)
