Can't play online under Starlink satellite internet
keep getting an "unknown error" message despite my connection being just fine. Ya it's satellite but I'm on a wired connection and i know my connection is good and my ping is consistently 40 or lower. if any1 knows a fix that would be swag epic. i was able to play the night before pretty much perfectly btw

I'm able to play online but am unable to create/join lobbies (I also have Starlink). It worked fine the first day of the Next Fest demo but hasn't since then. Thought I was the only one, and unfortunately I haven't found a solution yet.

You can't be both on satellite and wired, not how it works. You're on wifi.

Honestly, if you're even stuck with satellite internet trying to play fighting games, you're up ♥♥♥♥♥ creek without a paddle, since two things will happen. Either you will suffer from serious input lag or the game will slow down immensely to keep up with your connection.

I play SF6 on it and its perfectly fine. Starlink thankfully isn't dogwater like the usual satellite company. Just sucks that for some reason lobbies just dont work

Non-business Starlink plans do not support hosting as they do not have static private IP addresses.

Really? Because I always thought that was the issue with Satellite interent. I have Exede and also play SF6, and matches run in slow motion for me.

I rebooted my Starlink dish and am now able to create and join lobbies lmao. If you haven't done this give it a try and see if this works. Could need to reconnect to a different satellite.

this still working for you? I'm in the same situation. Stopped working randomly yesterday then worked again, now cant host or join lobbies again. Reset the dish just now but it's still not working
