We have 3-4 small stages out of how many? We have some massive stages that are 3-4 times the size of the smaller stages.
Yeah, not used to that as a mechanic. I always forget about it.
You cant compare 2 different games and the stages, we have shields and grabs and massive stages.
I agree with your thesis but I do not believe you have the right reasoning. The stages are not massive in the slightest
These are the largest maps of any fgc that Ive ever played so I don't agree with you. You cant compare the stages because the gameplay is fundamentally different in 1 vs 2, therefor the stage sizing has different meanings and intentions.
Disagree, havent met anyone other then you say they arent too big. You can fit at minimum 4 small stages on some of these large "1v1" stages.
Stages are a part of the gameplay, they help dictate the pace.
