Hardware Lumen or Software Lumen?
I ask because UE5's typical warbling effect on GI and shadow areas where you can see Lumen's artefacting is not visible here, so it's either Hardware Lumen or the devs have optimised GI greatly in UE 5.4.4 or Ray reconstruction is being used internally which cleans that up, though this is typically in the Nvidia branch of UE5?

So what's at play here!

Looks and runs great though with or without frame gen at 4K.

We are using software lumen with some tweaks.

Ah excellent, form a technical level it would be great to know what those tweaks are, as other devs could learn a thing or two given the lack of optimisation in this area on those UE5 games.

We're planning on doing developer deep dives after we stabilize the prologue for most people.

Should add an option for Hardware Lumen. It looks and runs much better.
