Can i do everything after beating the story?

hello, im in act 3 and about to finish the story but can i do everything after i beat the story like clearing every stronghold hot springs side quest and all the other stuff?

I already beat the game and the DLC. Its actually better to rush to the DLC as quickly as possible since they have the best charms (Charm of versatlie skills). Only done certain side quests for specific charms. Right now trying to do all Fox Dens to max out Inari's Might and Silence charms.

Good couple ofnhours away from doing any real progress with Side Quests.

Its pretty short if you know what youre doing. Do deer and cat sancuaries and fill 3 legend levels to get the charms.
