Your fully locked out.

You cant buy it on steam.
And You cant activate the keys on steam.

Steam sees your country so it will block everything you try to do with that specific blocked game.

The only thing you can do is download it cracked.

Chargebacks have limits and its best saved for serious issues.
So i would advise againts it.

GMG will auto refund if you purchased in a restricted region (People already said this has happened), and won't have it for sale in them.

As to other sites they will say if it can be activated in your region or not .... unless you buy of a shady website .... in that case that's on you for going underground

What if i have someone log in to my account from a Country that's not locked.
I have a friend who i trust that frequently goes to Germany to visit family.

I mean people who bought Hell-divers 2 before it got region locked can still play it.

I think if i remember right what matters is WHAT country you selected when you created your Steam account.
Thats what steam looks at when your buying stuff.
So changing places wont work, and you cant change the country once you created your steam account.

Supposedly you can switch your country every 3 months.
By simply paying using that country currency or card.

your acc is locked to a home region for purchases & region locks ie. Germany, if you get a key from another region and its banned in Germany you will not be able to use it on your acc
