Instead on Win11, go to Settings > System > Sound > Volume Mixer
Scroll down until you see the apps list and look for Discord. There should be multiple of them. One of them is Discord's attempt to hook into the PS5 controller, turn it down to 1 so it doesn't get reflected in your screen share/stream. You may have to do this a few times to determine which "DISCORD" application entry is the one hooking the PS5's audio.
