Holding down R stick wont open photo mode

before i post my thing, i just want yall to know that not everyone/everything is "bait"/whatever...

i see it says hold down Right stick to activate the photo mode but it doesnt do anythign the only way i can get photo mode to work is by pressing P on the keyboard

you need to also hold right on the dpad before you press down the right stick.

OK THAT WORKED but now it takes a picture before i can even mess with the setting sbecause to take a pic you have to press R trigger and to open it im preassing Right on D pad + R Trigger therefor taking a picture everytime i open it

Photo mode is opened by pressing the right directional key on a controller (or at least on mine, a PS5 controller), the right stick press then takes a photo when in that mode - should be able to open photo mode by just pressing right on the directional keypad is what I'm getting at

Don't bother with that sh*t.
If you're close to your keyboard, just bind photo mode to spacebar and use that.
Unbind space from the jump button, though.

the default key is P lol ive been using that but just knowing this is bugged its driving me nuts it should be in the game

It's not even bugged, it's just incredibly stupidly implemented.
There's even no reason not to have a photo mode option in the menu.
