Hope you'll come with a more free control scheme then.
Devs need to change it or add an option to turn off the kiddy controller mode for the PC version.
Personally I do not like it, it feels akin to smashing my face into my keyboard to play BF4.
Sorry, havent really seen much of an answer now, considering picking this up as I do enjoy me a decent tower defense game. I have a touch screen laptop/tablet. So you are saying there are touch controls? And they work well?
Long time WC3 and Dota player, played tons of custom Tower Defense games in WC3, Edge Pan movement is crucial for people like me in this type of games.
It is literally love game or hate game if mouse is free or locked.
I will follow news about this game and really hope that you will add this, since it shouldn't be hard, like game from 2002 WC3 have Edge Pan and free mouse, one of best TD games were in WC3.
Also no one suggesting removing of locked mouse, I just need option in options to switch from locked to Edge Pan free mouse.
All other games have free mouse movement, there you usually have to use another set of keys to control the camera. DG makes it easier with controlling both things at the same time.
I really don't understand what the problem is, other than people not being able to adapt to a different system?!
