Any other games like this?

I love this game but I am not really into the whole modded map thing or making maps so does anyone know if there is any other games other than DG1 ofc lol that plays pretty much exactly like this. I tried searching tower defense and all I get are like RTS games. I can find games on my andriod that are more like DG2 than I can on steam lol.

BloonsTD5 (extreme good tower upgrade system, banana power)

Sanctum 2 (Tower Defense/3rd Person Shooter combination, worth to have a look at)

Infinitode (Android) very good and and free and ad-free tower defense game to play while sitting on the toilet.

Most of the obvious ones have already been mentioned, so I'll throw Creeper World 3 into the mix. It's more on the RTS side of the scale, though pause-able, but it's a ton of fun.

The dev is working on Creeper World 4 as we speak. Particle Fleet was their most recent game, and in a similar vein but in spaaaaaaace.

Defender's Quest is also really solid, but closer to a more traditional tower defense game with a dash of RPG and upgradable equipment sprinkled in.

You could check out BloonsTDX which is a sort of bloonsTD5 remake. Moddable. And i think the source code got also released and is free.

Be warned graphics are way down the level of DG2.

Tower defense lover here.
Kingdom Rush series are my favorite TD. They will release the 3rd on steam soon.

If you want to try something a bit different but heavy on Tower defense Orcs must die is great too.
