Can't Launch?

I got the game to me and my friend who love this game
But i tried playing in one of the the pc's i own
The weird thing is that in my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc it launches perfectly with no problems
But in the good one that i use frequently it doesn't launch at all after logging in into ubisoft connect

Both pc's almost exactly the same except for storage space available but still no big difference
