Issue Report: Serious Sam 3 BFE : Not able to use scondary fire

While playing the game I am not able to use iron sights or detonate C4 while playing the game, it seems that my right click button is not working, even then if I map secondary fire to my right shift button still It does not work, please help
In my opinion it is a interop issue with controller and keyboard.
