Finished the game last night, and my final percentage read 99%. I had "ALL" coins, 21(?!) MP, and missing one of the heart pieces. The only location I definitely wasn't able to explore was this . Does anyone know what to do here, or if I'm missing more than one item?...

Played the game for about 6 hours, and here are some notes: I really like the music. It's the game's high point for sure. Saving doesn't restore health or mana. This does nothing but force the player to grind each time they die, which gets annoying later in the game. Moreover, continuing from a save point restores health and mana back to default minimum, and not the amount with which the game was saved last.
