I was wondering what programs, game engines you used to make this game

I can't believe I hadn't heard about it until today. The art style and graphics are just incredible. Even the way the camera moves just makes every moment look cool as hell. Also I think it's really cool that it's an Earthbound inspired game that has moved away from traditional turn based RPG trappings. I can't really think of many games like that and this one still clearly has its own identity as well. This is now one of my most anticipated games! I'll be there day 1! 😁...

1. Is there any promotional content? (I.E. Anything only available for a limited time or more complicated than just buying DLC) 2. Is there anything permanently missable, even rewards for fulfilling specific conditions? 3. Is this game identical on all platforms, including an in-game achievement system for platforms that don't have the infrastructure for it? 4. Are there any bonuses for having save data from a different video game? 5. What might this game's ESRB rating be?...
