I progressed to where Erica humiliates the MC. Now I don't progress on this even though I have the Vengeful Size Gun in my inventory. Am I missing something, or Is the next stage not implemented?

Is this game not complete? I have called everyone on my contact list, I done all the missions I could, My fame is up to 502 and my money is $1000, I have gone to work a bunch of times, and I have all the achievements. But I still have to fight the female Superman and get my revenge on the women from the clothing store but I cant go further in the game. Has Anybody in the community completed the game all the way to the end or am I missing something....
